Whaleshark Beach

What an incredible stay we had at Whaleshark Beach! Such amazing staff, so helpful and kind. We stayed for 8 nights and it was perfect. Excellent excursions to see Whalesharks, mantas, nurse sharks and sting rays. Good breakfast with a mix of Maldivian and international food . Once again the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. All transfers from speedboat and for excursions are included and everyone is so prompt. The hotel can arrange tuk tuks to the sandbank for you too. We even hired bikes straight through the hotel. This island is fantastic with so much to do and see. A hidden gem of the Maldives, let’s go Dhigurah! There was a slight smell to the towels but I think it’s caused by air drying them after washing.

Das Hotel ist super schön. Die Zimmer groß genug, das Frühstück ebenfalls abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Das Personal super freundlich und immer ansprechbar (auch per WhatsApp). Das Hotel selbst bietet Ausflüge an, die alle gut organisiert sind und ganz kurzfristig gebucht werden können. Die Dachterrasse für den Abend ist ebenfalls sehr schön um den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Abholung und Rückfahrt zur Fähre haben perfekt funktioniert. Es war alles super.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. El personal fue muy amable, tanto en la recepción como en el servicio del desayuno. Me gusto la imagen cuidada de los trabajadores con un uniforme de lino que considero aporta elegancia al hotel. La habitación muy amplia, cama cómoda y baño amplio. El desayuno tipo buffet espectacular. Hay muchísima variedad y puedes comer bien. Nos gusto mucho la terraza. Cenamos una noche y la comida era espectacular. Otro día tomamos unas bebidas. Tiene una variedad muy interesante. El lugar perfecto para terminar el día de relax. Esta cerca de la Bikini Beach y tiene bicicletas para alquilar. Tienes para hacer excursiones. Nosotros ya las habíamos hecho anteriormente con otro hotel en el que nos alojamos así que este servicio no lo puedo valorar.

Cute hotel with the nicest workers. Warm welcoming and comfy room. Everithing was fine. Breakfast is complete and kindly prepared. They offer a shared speedboat transfer to and from the airport. It's on a fixed schedule, but it'sthe best in price, and they carry your baggage and you, to and from the boat Hotel has a restaurant at the rooftop, the Remora, wich we higly recommend. We had dinners at it everyday of our stay. Good location on the island, near the port and the local restaurants. Do the excursions with them!!! The ship captain is a real boss. He found mantas in 5 minutes, and made us jump to water with them plenty of times. Then he said we had time to go find turtles, and found them in minutes. Whaleshark snorkeling was also spectacular, he positioned the ship in the direction the shark was moving, and we had a fantastic view. You can also rent a bicycle at a very cheap price, which is the ideal way to reach the beautiful sandbank in the south of the island. The music of the video that loops on the reception TV gets a little repetitive over the days. Fridge in our room didn't cool (you can get cold mineral water anytime at the ground flor though) Other than this, everything was perfect
