About this stay
The property can be reached by domestic flight transfer. Please share your flight details with the property at least 14 days before your arrival to secure your seat(s) for the transfer. Standard Transfer Times: between 5:00–23:30 pm subject to the schedule prepared by Maldivian Airline. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in and making the payment at the hotel. Please note that property may contact the cardholder for verification purposes. Due to safety and privacy concerns, the operation of unmanned aerial systems or drones by any of the guests including model aircraft by recreational users and hobbyists is prohibited. All inclusive: - Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served at Alita Restaurant. Afternoon snacks are available at Alita Pool bar. - Unlimited use of snorkeling and non-motorized water sports equipment. The following complimentary facility(s) will be provided per stay for guests booking honeymoon packages (valid for 3 months from the wedding date and for minimum 4 nights stay. Copy of marriage certificate required): - Bed decorations - Bottle of sparkling wine The property can be reached by private seaplane or domestic transfers. From the moment we arrived in the Maldives, not even our resort, but the country itself, our whole experience went above and beyond what we expected! Upon arrival, we were greeted by a Mercure rep, despite it being 11pm, who helped us check in to our transfer flight, and then we were greeted upon arrival at Kooddoo Island and driven by buggy to our resort (2 minutes away) and then to our room. The restaurant, bar, spa and services staff were exceptional- always happy and smiling, up for a chat and a joke, making sure we were enjoying our experience without being annoying or overbearing. The food was delicious, the spa treatments were a dream, and the diligence was next level. We have already recommended Mercure Kooddoo to everyone we speak to about our honeymoon, including family, friends and strangers, and we cannot wait to visit again!
