Размещение гостей на острове учитывает особенности пребывания каждого гостя. Несмотря на то, что остров рассчитан на семейный отдых в том числе, с маленькими детьми мы не пересекались, для семей с детьми есть отдельный ресторан, также игровые зоны и детская комната. В отеле очень вкусная еда, приемы пищи проходят в формате шведского стола. Меню самое разнообразное. Персонал очень приветливый, вежливый. При заселении с вами работает личный хостес, который сопровождает вас весь отдых: помогает с бронированиями, решает бытовые проблемы, сообщает важную информацию. Словом, делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Мы жили в бунгало с видом на сад, пространства для двоих хватает, в номерах чисто (убираются 2 раза в день). На территории отеля есть несколько ресторанов и баров. Можно посетить кулинарные шоу. Очень рекомендую ресторан под водой, до которого вас довозят на спидботе. Отель оснащен библиотекой, пространством для спорта: зал, корты, футбольная и волейбольные площадки. Стоит отметить, что развлечений и а острове хватает: можно поснорклить и увидеть рыб, черепах и даже рифовых акул; также можно покататься на лодке, каяках и других видах водного транспорта.
