Adaaran Club Rannalhi

Amazing place! Friendly staff. Food was very fresh and varied, always something different and special in each meal. The attention and care from Zendo in the restaurant for our preferences was lovely. Plenty of activities to do, the entertainment staff tried their best. Beautiful beach and fairly healthy house reef (considering how close is from Male) The cocktails are ok, don't expect anything fancy. Very simple drinks, so going with the simplest is a good option.

Beautiful location and good resort amenities. Misleading Communication & Hidden Policies: Before our stay, the central reservation office explicitly confirmed in writing that the speedboat transfer would be complimentary for airline staff. However, upon arrival/payment, they refused to honor this statement, claiming that complimentary transfers only apply to direct bookings—a crucial condition they completely failed to mention beforehand. Unhelpful Customer Support: When confronted with their own written email confirmation, management refused to take responsibility for providing incomplete information and declined to refund the transfer fee, offering minor, unrequested "goodwill perks" instead.
